Whether you’re a CAST Highlight expert or a newbie, this training program provides comprehensive content to get certified. This course leverages various content, such as demonstrations, tutorials, training & hands-on practice to cover everything in CAST Highlight.

The CAST HIghlight Certification includes 4 main sections:

Overview, Presentation & Positioning of the solution
Analytics Consumption
Administration & Configuration of the solution
Application Onboarding & Analysis

How it works

This course contains 4 modules to complete prior to completing the Certification Exam. You’ll need to pass each individual module and its associated Practice Quiz to get access to the next stage/module.

This process includes:

a pre-populated environment in read-only to train on Analytics Consumption
a dedicated sandbox to support configuration & application onboarding

Both the training & the certification are supported by an e-learning platform. We estimate the overall time necessary for preparing, training & passing the exam will be less than 4 hours.

How to set up the portfolio of applications
Customize the surveys
Create & manage Campaigns
Access to a Certification Trial Environment is required (Portfolio Manager)

Practice Quiz: CAST Highlight Training – Section III Quiz

CAST Highlight Certification Exam (30 minutes)

Pass the final exam by answering 30 questions that cover the four parts of the certification.

Explain key dashboards at Portfolio Level

How to extract & interact with 3rd party tools
