AWS Transform: Downstream Review - CAST Highlight automation script

After the .Net application upgrade done by AWS transform, users can download the transformation summary report from the AWS Transform .NET agent. This CAST Highlight automation script will read the transformation_report.json file to automatically analyze the initial repository branch and the transformed branch to analyze the transformation output. Then CAST Highlight generates automatically a detailed post-transformation summary report that evaluates multiple critical aspects: size metrics, application health indicators, software maturity assessment, architectural composition analysis, security posture, and compliance status.
