How we detect

This code insight counts a violation

Why you should care

By default, when the program reaches the end of a ‘switch’-clause, it continues to the next clause. While this may prove useful in some cases, it is very uncommon and not at all obvious.

Hence it is better to have an ending break to ensure the code can run smoothly without the possible rise of any glitches.

Business Impacts

Allowing for ending breaks to be in the code can bolster the resiliency of  the software and ensure it is more productive as a result.
